·@Kseniia DSouth Africa's answer to proper méthode traditionelle, and honestly, they're not mucking about here. Beautiful nose full of yellow stone fruits, brioche, and honey - that classic Chardonnay signature from their oldest blocks on Klein Constantia's lower slopes. There's a touch of oxidation that adds character. The mousse is powerful yet elegant (that phrase earns its place here - it's not marketing bollocks, it's what's happening), with crisp acidity keeping everything in check. Textured, round with zesty backbone. Fresh and lively with a long, crisp finish.
