This is my first wine by Frédéric Cossard. IMO this Ploussard was an outcast of the evening. It's too powerful and pop-styled. That was subjective, but objectively it's a good and not complex wine. A bright bouquet of tomato stems (now disturbing), barnyard, spoiled berries, some red flowers, and brine. Round mouthfeel with good tannin.
