·@Vadym OPinot Noir that actually reads as Pinot - what a concept. Touch of roasted sunflower seeds, red fruits, spices, and a bit of earth. Greenish, tight, high acidity. But listen - it's brilliant with food. That taut, acidic structure transforms at the table. This is proper broader Burgundian thinking: wine as accompaniment, not solo performance. Worth having around for dinner.
