Mandarin, white raspberry, bruised apple. It's like biting into a baked apple and chewing the seeds with it - there's something earthy and textural about the experience. Good acidity, pleasant weight, genuinely full-bodied with a long finish. Buttery texture throughout. Technically well-crafted, delivers everything you'd want from the appellation, just doesn't reach for anything beyond that.
