Cava Gran Brut

To consume and not admire. Lemon meringue, pears and white flowers. Not complex, relatively fresh and easy to drink. The aftertaste is long. Boring review? Just like this wine. At least, the price is OK.

That case, when the bottle is more exquisite than its content. It's not bad, just bland. I admire the acidity and creaminess that apparently comes from Chardonnay in the blend. Otherwise, typical Cava with pears/apples and plastic. The score is mostly for acidity level and longevity of the aftertaste.
