·@Anna ZLovely nose - mushrooms, onion broth, bruised apples, honey, a touch of cider, and just the right hint of mould. The palate is salty, fresh, slightly sharp, and carries a sherry-like bitterness in the finish, along with a surprising pop of lemon candy. Very cool stuff, though the finish felt just a bit too short.
