Wow, unicorn wine! Served blind. This is something truly delicious. Deep caramel colour. Raisins, VA, chocolate, date fruit, dried orange peel, peanut butter, bergamot, coffee, cinnamon.

But this isn't about descriptors - it's about complexity and integration. How everything exists together in harmony. Blind, I was properly impressed. Fantastic acidity with gorgeous development. The balance here is remarkable - sweet but not cloying, rich but not heavy, old but not tired.

This is what great dessert wine should be. Not just flavour fireworks, but structure and evolution and depth. Haunting stuff.
