Not complex, but well-made sparkling. A bit perfumed and restrained bouquet of elderflower blossoms, pears, bakery and honey. It offers a decent level of acidity, good structure and an overall delicious and flavourful aftertaste: elderflower blossoms, nuts and bakery. Nice.

Traditional sparkling made of Solaris grapes from a small plot (less than 1 ha) in Kropyvnytskyi (Kirovohrad Oblast). 2 years sur lie. 100 bottles produced.
