Ooh. Cool nose - bitter herbs, salt, dry sherry, nuts, honey. Really beautiful aromatics. The palate is less exciting though. Super dry, light, moderate acidity. Bitter, sherry-like character throughout. Very interesting wine that promises more on the nose than it delivers on the palate.
