Calvarino Soave Classico

Alright. I admit, this is a good wine. I probably just had a bit of bad luck with a previous bottle and some overly high expectations. This time, however, it was truly lovely. It offers a pleasing mix of mineral, creamy, and floral notes. While not overly complex, it's really about the structure here -- with good balance, acidity, and a rounded, fine minerality.
