Wow. This one pulls you in straight away. Ripe green apples, apricot, lemon pith, and lime zest give it a bright, lifted character, while the mineral core runs deep - all salt, flint, and crushed stone. The texture is where it gets really interesting: oily, lightly creamy, with hints of wax that don't weigh it down but add dimension. Medium-high in concentration, with vibrant acidity and a long, citrus-charged finish. It's crisp, expressive, and quietly seductive - a wine with both energy and charm.
