One of my goodnight drinks. Lemon tart with meringue, almonds, white flowers and a delicate Jerez touch. Not complex yet pleasant traditional sparkling. I love the freshness and delicacy combined with the relative intensity of flavours.

Good traditional sparkling from Limoux. Baked apples, lemon tart, almond, and flowers. Not complex, pretty intense and tasty. QPR is great. Will definitely drink more.
