5 Stelle Sfursat

Oh, what an interesting nose. Eucalyptus with dried horse meat and raspberry alongside menthol, smoked notes, and these sweet strawberry-with-sugar tones. Rounded on the palate with decent acidity, unexpectedly fresh and not overly heavy for 15.5% alcohol. That's the surprise. Sfursat can be a beast, all power and dried fruit intensity, but this one manages to stay lifted and engaging rather than collapsing into itself. Complex and balanced.
