Pinot Noir

This one is interesting. At first, it's unbearable due to a thick reductive layer that hides everything behind a sulfur cloud. Yet, give it some time, and it transforms into a charming and delicate Pinot Noir. Notes of wild strawberry, damp earth, a touch of animal farm, and some smoky hints. Delicate, subtle, juicy, and delicious. Definitely a candidate for a retry.
