Didn't guess it - thought Palomino or Muscadet. Roasted seeds and pumpkin seeds open into sea and stones, then the palate goes salty and mineral with measured acidity. A Bourgogne Aligoté hiding behind an almost Jerez-like saline profile. Interesting.
