Discovering this bottle was a stroke of good fortune -- it's a great entry-level Champagne. While not overly complex, some ageing has given it a pleasing bouquet rich with nuts, baked pears, honey, and a hint of oil. The refreshing acidity is quite invigorating. It finishes with a long aftertaste. Nice.
