Riesling

Simple yet attractive bouquet of white peaches, honey and butter. A bit shy, though. It has good acidity and decent balance. A pleasant bitterness and saltiness spice things up. Any problems? Not really. It just lacks focus and structure. It's like talking to a person who constantly looks sideways.
