Mofete Etna Bianco

This one's fun. Loads of roasted almond and honey up front, with a touch of marigold or calendula in the background. Yellow fruit and a bit of stone. It's fairly intense, mineral, oxidised, complex, and rounded - with a lovely honeyed finish. The acidity keeps it lively, though there's a certain weight to it. Still, it's delicious and feels like it's right in its prime.
