Primitivo di Manduria

Pretty textbook Primitivo (though I didn't guess it), showing all the expected traits---young, not particularly complex, a bit too sweet (leans semi-dry), with a medium+ body, syrupy texture, and plenty of power. But... it's surprisingly decently balanced. Not my style, but definitely interesting to taste to widen the experience.
