I think the last time I tasted (or rather drunk) this orange wine after a long wine drinking evening. And as far as I remember, for some reason, I tasted (drunk) it straight from the bottle. Well, this was a good opportunity to rediscover it. Rotten mandarin skin, tea, pickles, green apricots. Flavours of brine and rotten mandarin. Tasty and sophisticated. Floating flock in the bottle are result of absent filtration.
Don't be afraid of the floating flocks of something in the bottle. Long maceration, aging in amphorae, and no filtration. Result is sophisticated and delicate. Rotten mandarin skin, tea and bakery. Well structured, balanced and tasty! Nuff said, just get the bottle and join the orange (and delicate) orgy!
