My experience with Dugat-Py has been limited, but this particular bottle stands out as the first I've truly enjoyed. Reflecting both the house style and the character of the region, it presents a profound bouquet rich in red and black fruits, grilled meat, dried red flowers, smoke, and forest floor nuances. Despite its full-bodied and concentrated nature, the wine is remarkably balanced, vibrant, and well-developed. Soft tannins and a juicy palate contribute to a lasting aftertaste, making for an exceptional tasting experience.
