Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut

This wine presents a curious and slightly spicy nose, featuring notes of yellow fruits, honeysuckle, citrus, and a pleasant bready foundation. On the palate, it is generous with lively acidity, showcasing evolution and persistence. Elegantly structured with a nice mineral backbone, it offers flavors of citrus, cream, a touch of cider and Jerez, accompanied by floral notes and plenty of ginger and tarragon. Although it feels a bit watery at times, its unique qualities make it quite lovable.
