Approaching this bottle without any particular expectations, I was pleasantly surprised to find a very enjoyable and solid sparkling wine. It boasts an intense bouquet brimming with yellow fruits, brioche, and nuts, delicately accented by subtle hints of honey. The wine's freshness, friendliness, and deliciousness stand out, making it an appealing choice for a quiet Friday evening. While I would have appreciated a longer aftertaste and perhaps a bit more boldness/confidence in its expression, it nevertheless serves as a lovely drink.
