What started as a quick lunch somehow turned into a lazy hour in the company of macerated Riesling from Pierre Frick. It offers a slightly restrained bouquet of peach, tea, dried herbs and bruised apple. Medium-light bodied with decent structure, yet shy and not fully focused. The aftertaste is long and pleasant, with a nice mineral touch and flavours of bruised apples mixed with VA and rotten fruits. Not simple and not complicated at the same time.
