Same as last time. Still pop in character - red apple skin, crème brûlée, a cider touch - but each encounter reveals a little more elegance and depth. A hint of iodine, good texture. It's basic and it knows it. No pretence, just pleasure. Easy to enjoy, hard to overthink.
Better this time. Still pop in character, but less vulgarity, more elegance and depth. Red apple skin, crème brûlée, a cider touch, good texture, hint of iodine. Yes, it's basic - but honestly delicious and easy to enjoy. No pretence, just pleasure.
It's fine - solid, but undeniably mainstream, leaning towards the pop side, maybe even a bit vulgar. The nose offers a touch of red apple skin and crème brûlée. On the palate, it's quite intense, but the acidity feels lacking, and the dosage comes across as too high. Sure, it's approachable, easy to understand, and effortlessly crowd-pleasing, but in doing so, it buries any trace of salinity and engagement. Not bad, just a bit too polished for its own good.
