First nose reveals dried apricots and nuts. Then there are green apples, grass and yellow fruits. The taste is dull, like an unripe apple. Acidity is high (though has different characteristics when compared to Txakoli).
This wine is interesting because it has aroma of sweet wine, while being dry. I enjoy greenish apple.
