Very brioche-and-cream driven nose - crème brûlée, mashed apples, lemon, and a touch of chalk. Bright enough, but more on the friendly and soft-spoken side. On the palate, it shows medium body with beautifully restrained acidity, a creamy texture, gentle flow, and a long, delicate finish. It's a lovely wine already, but it clearly needs more time to fully unfold.
The nose presents itself with a soft roundness, with aromas of tarragon, brioche, mashed apples, lemon, chalk, and honey making a gentle impression. On the palate, this wine carries a medium body with notable acidity. Its structure is creamy, carrying a fairly intense flavour that is both slightly mineral and somewhat austere. There’s a sense of it being a bit diluted, as if some of its character hasn't fully come forward.
The nose is puffy, featuring aromas of tarragon, brioche, mashed apples (reminiscent of baby food), lemon, chalk, and honey. On the palate, it has a medium body and noticeable acidity. The structure is creamy and delicate, though not yet fully composed.
