Fresh as February morning. Lemon and tangerine peel lead, followed by ripe apple and white flowers. The mousse is pillowy, almost creamy, but with enough vibrant acidity. Brioche and almond paste add depth without weighing it down. What really gets me is the mineral backbone - proper chalk and stone, with this saline edge that makes you want another sip immediately. Multi-layered but not trying too hard. Still very young, especially from magnum - this will only get better.
